Q: How do I place a custom order?
Simply choose your favorite product, upload your photos or provide the details for personalization, and we’ll take care of the rest! You’ll receive a preview (if applicable) before we print your order.
Q: Can I request changes after ordering?
Yes! If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can adjust names, colors, or design details. Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@antoprints.com with your order number.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
Most custom prints are made and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the product type.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout.
💬 Digital Downloads
Q: How do I access my digital prints or puzzles?
Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also find your downloads in your account dashboard if you created one during checkout.
💖 Returns & Replacements
Q: What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want you to love your art! If something isn’t right, please email us within 14 days of delivery at admin@antoprints.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or correct it.
Q: Can I return custom orders?
Because all our prints are custom-made, we can’t accept returns unless there’s a defect or error. However, we’ll always work with you to make sure you’re completely happy with your order.
